On Friday, the race weekend begins with the start number distribution and the prologue. Below you will find the programme for 4 July 2025. Please note that the programme may be subject to change.

For nature's sake
Avoid littering
The organising committee asks all participants to avoid littering and to dispose of waste at the refreshment stations and not to drop it on the ground during the race. The race borders the nature and should therefore be protected and kept free of rubbish. The Village separates plastic, residual waste and aluminium.
